Chakli is a popular deep fried snacks from Karnataka.
Chakkuli, that is how chakli is familiar in Karnataka, is prepared on festivals and special occasions. There are so many varietis of chaklis are in practice through out Karnataka. This chakkuli recipe is an instant easy way to make chaklis yet it is the tastiest chakli. This is an easy way for those busy mothers or when you are in a hurry. Try this super light, crispy and tasty chakkulis. Please note that red chilli powder, sesame seeds and asafoetida are optional and you can skip it.
