crispy chilli bajji recipe

Crispy chilli bajji or menasinakai bajji recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Unlike regular chilli bajjis this bajji has thin outer cover and these are very crispy. Ingredients remain same as regular chilli bajjis but the batter is made very thin to get crispy chilli bajjis. This type of bajji tastes better than the regular bajjis. I really love the chilli bajjis this way.

Why cant you try this recipe on this weekend and enjoy the crispy and tasty chilli bajjis. If you still would like to go with the regular method (thick covered chilli bajji) then find the recipe here "Doddapathre leaves bajji" and replace doddapathre leaves with chillis. Or for a change you can even try this stuffed chilli bajji or mirchi bajji recipe also. You can find many Karnataka style snacks recipes on this website. Do try and enjoy!!

I have a made a video on this recipe with Kannada narration, which I have embedded it below. Kindly have a look.
