Southekayi mosaru bajji recipe

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Serves: 2

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1 medium sized cucumber
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 2 - 3 green chillies
  4. 1/2 cup coconut
  5. 1/4 cup roasted gram or hurigadale
  6. 1 tsp salt or as per your taste

Ingredients for tempering: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1 tbsp cooking oil
  2. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. Big pinch of asafoetida

Instructions for making southekai mosaru bajji:
