Kayi rotti or coconut rice flour roti recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This tenginakayi akki rotti is prepared using coconut, water, salt and rice flour. This is a very soft and plain roti recipe. You can serve this coconut rotti with any chutney or curry of your choice.
You can fine few other plain rotti recipes on this website like rave rotti or rava roti, jolada rotti or jowar roti, jolada rotti or jowar roti and plain ragi rotti. The important thing in this recipe is kneading. Better you need, easy to make the rotis. I have used rice flour in this recipe which you can replace it with fine rava or chiroti rave.
You can serve these rotis with any spicy curries like badanekayi ennegayi (stuffed brinjal), zunka (gram flour curry), Hesaru kalu gojju, Veg kurma, Aloo gobi and menthe palle (methi dal).
