Rave rotti or plain rava roti or sooji ki roti recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This rava rotti is prepared using water, salt and fine rava. This is a very easy and super soft ukkarisida or ubbu rotti recipe using chiroti rave. You can serve this plain rava rotti with any curry of your choice.
Preparing this ukkarisida rave rotti or plain rava roti is very easy as compared to other plain rotis like jolada rotti or jowar roti, jolada rotti or jowar roti and plain ragi rotti. The important thing in this recipe is kneading. Better you need, easy to make the rotis. I have used fine rava or chiroti rave in this recipe. If you dont have it, powder the medium rava and use.
You can serve these rotis with any spicy curries like badanekayi ennegayi (stuffed brinjal), zunka (gram flour curry), Hesaru kalu gojju, Veg kurma, Aloo gobi and menthe palle (methi dal).
I have made a video on this recipe, which I have embedded it below. So please do have a look and give it a try.
