Sorekai dose or bottle gourd dosa recipe explained with step by step pictures and video. This sorekayi dose is an instant, crispy and tasty breakfast recipe. Sorekai dose or bottle gourd dosa is prepared using soaked rice, moong dal, bottle gourd, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves. It can be served with coconut chutney or can be eaten as it is.
Sorekai or bottle gourd dosa is a very tasty and instant dosa recipe. No need to ferment the batter. Just soak the rice, grind and prepare the dosa. It is always good to include vegetables in our diet to keep up the good health. Not only health benefits...this dosa tastes too good. You can prepare this for breakfast or as an evening snacks.
