Goddu khara recipe or spicy red chili chutney recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Goddu kahra is a very popular village style chutney recipe. This spicy chili chutney is generally served along with rice or rotti. It is very easy to prepare and can be stored for a month.
Goddu khara is prepared using red chillies, garlic, coriander, cumin, curry leaves, salt and tamarind. I have added byadgi chillies. However you can include guntur chillies to make the goddu khara spicier. I have added coriander seeds, which you can replace it with fresh coriander leaves while grinding. You can store this chutney for a week without refrigeration and for a month with refrigeration.

This goddu khara will be too spicy, but it tastes too good. So always pair it with ghee. If you like spicy food, then this is a must try recipe.
