Choco bar recipe using happy happy biscuit is explained with step by step pictures and a video. This chocobar icecream or chocolate kulfi or chocolate ice candy is prepared using choco chip biscuit and milk. This is a very easy and tasty summer special recipe in very less money. You can now easily prepare ice cream or chocobar at home using biscuits.

As I said in my previous milk candy recipe, my son loves icecream, ice candy, kulfi, milkshake, juice...and everything that is sweet and ice. I keep trying different recipes. I tried this choco bar recipe recently. He loved it so much. I have used small 5 rupees choco chip biscuit pack from Parle. This biscuit is very popular and the name is "happy happy". You can use any biscuits of your choice.

I have used just 3 ingredients in this choco bar recipe. Biscuits, milk and sugar are those 3 ingredients. Sugar is optional as biscuits will be have enough sweet. However you can add 1 - 2 tsp of sugar and adjust as per your taste.

Choco bar recipe using biscuit

Preparation time: 5 min
Freezing time: 4 - 5 hrs
Serves: 4

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 2 small chocochip biscuit packs
  2. 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1 - 2 tsp sugar (as per your taste)

Instructions for making choco bar using biscuit:

  1. Boil the milk and keep it aside. Let it cool down.
  2. Take the chocochip biscuit packs. I have taken 2 small "happy happy" choco chip biscuit packs from Parle. Each pack costed 5 Rs.happy happy biscuits for choco bar recipe using happy happy chocochip biscuit
  3. Cut open the biscuit pack and pour the biscuits into mixie jar.choco chip biscuits for choco bar recipe using happy happy chocochip biscuit

  8. Take a cup, place the empty biscuit cover, pour the ground paste, place a spoon (or stick) and freeze it for a minimum duration of 4 - 5 hours. You can even use paper cups.biscuit cover for choco bar recipe using happy happy chocochip biscuit
