Wheat flour milk ice candy or haalina ice candy are tasty, healthy and kids friendly recipe. This milk candy or milk kulfi is very easy to prepare with very minimum ingredients. Try this refreshing and tasty haalina ice candy during hot summer days.
My son loves icecream, ice candy, kulfi, milkshake, juice...and everything that is sweet and ice. I keep trying different recipes. This wheat flour milk candy came out so well and hence sharing the recipe with you all. I mostly prepare Mango and milk kulfi or candy during mango season, which is his favourite.
I have used just 3 ingredients in this milk candy. I have added little cream from the boiled milk. More the cream you add, more soft and melthing the candies or kulfis will be. You can even add store bought cream if you wish. However adding cream is optional.
These milk kulfi or candy are prepared using milk, wheat flour and sugar. They turn out really well. We used to have this type of candy during our childhood. We used call it by different names like haal ice, haalina ice candy and doodh candy. I have filed this recipe under kids friendly recipes.
I have made a video on this milk kulfi or doodh candy recipe with Kannada narration, which I have embedded it below. Kindly have a look.
