Coconut jaggery burfi or kayi bella burfi recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Coconut burfi or tenginakayi burfi is a very easy and quick sweet recipe prepared using fresh grated coconut and jaggery. Bella haakida kobbari mithai or kayi burfi is a very tasty recipe and it just melts in your mouth.
I learnt this coconut burfi recipe from my mother. I love this sweet a lot. So I keep preparing it often. Since kayi burfi or coconut burfi is a very easy and simple dessert, even the beginners can try and enjoy!!
I have already posted the regular coconut burfi recipe using sugar. That is also very easy to prepare and tastes too good. But this jaggery coconut burfi is more healthy and it is a perfect recipe for those people who wants to avoid white sugar.
