Pumpkin dosa or sihi kumbalakai dose recipe explained with step by step pictures and video. Cheenikai dose or sihigumbala dosa is prepared using rice, coconut, red chilli, ginger, curry leaves and chopped pumpkin. This is a very easy, healthy and comforting dosa recipe. Pumpkin dosa is familiar by different names like cheenikai dose, sihi kumbalakayi dosa and sihigumbala dosa, kaddu dosa, mathanga dosa, poosanikai dosa. Cheenikai dose oe pumpkin dosa can be served with plain coconut chutney or can be eaten as it is.
Pumpkin dosa is a very tasty and instant dosa recipe. No need to ferment the batter. Just soak the rice, grind and prepare the dosa.
