Ragi smoothie recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a breakfast smoothies prepared using ragi flour, banana, soaked badam, dates, flax seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon powder. Ragi smoothie is a healthy, tasty and easy to prepare recipe. This is good for digestion, weight loss, heart health, etc.,
This ragi smoothie has no added sugar like sugar or jaggery. I have used 4 dates, which you can adjust as per your taste. I have also used a big pinch of cinnamon powder, which is optional and you can skip it.
