Balekai mosaru kootu or raw banana majjige sambar recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Balekayi kootu is a very tasty and easy gravy recipe prepared using raw banana, coconut, green chilli, cumin seeds and a tempering. Baalekai or raw banana majjige huli tastes good with hot steaming rice.
Raw banana has numerous health benefits. They are good for heart, excellent source of fibres, packed with vitamins, good for gut and good for weight loss.
