Pumpkin soup recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Sihigumbala or cheenikai soup is very easy to prepare, very tasty and healthy. It is prepared with minimum ingredients like butter, garlic, onion, pumpkin, salt and pepper.
I have used a tsp of butter in this pumpkin soup recipe, which can be replaced with ghee or any other vegetable oil. This pumpkin soup can be stored for 3 - 4 days in the fridge. Just reheat it before consuming.
