Instant 2 minute rasam recipe explained using step by step pictures and a video. This quick and easy rasam or saaru is prepared in very less time. This is a no-dal and no-rasam powder recipe. This rasa is prepared by grinding a fresh ground masala, tomato, tempering, salt, turmeric and coriander leaves.
This instant rasam is the easiest rasam I have ever prepared. Here we will be grinding all the ingredients like red chillies, green chilli, black pepper, cumin, tomato, garlic, coriander leaves and tamarind. The grinding reduces the chopping and cooking time. This easy rasam tastes like pepper rasam (menasina saaru), that is served in the restaurants.
