Veg raita or vegetable salad recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Veg raita is a very easy and tasty salad recipe. It can be served with rice or consumed as it is. It can be prepared in very less time without grinding and cooking. Vegetable raita is a very healthy recipe prepared using curd, cucumber, onion, carrot, capsicum, tomato and coriander leaves.
Vegetable raita can be served with any rice items or can be consumed as it is. I have used mixed vegetables in this recipe, but you can add or skip any vegetables of your choice. You can prepare this raita, just by adding cucumber and onion, or just the cucumber also will do. Or you can add boondi to prepare boondi raita.
