Bale dindina palya or banana stem stir fry recipe recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Baale dindu hesaru bele palya is prepared using banana stem, moong dal, coconut, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, coconut and a tempering. Baale dindina palya or banana stem moong dal sabzi goes very well with rice or chapati. It is very healthy too.
Baale dindu or banana stem has numerous health benefits. Banana stem is good for weight loss, to manage diabetes, detoxification, reduce constipation, kidney health, blood pressure, anaemia and to reduce the bad cholesterol.
