Masala kaju or masala cashew recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Masala godambi or gerubeeja is a very easy 5 minute snack recipe that can be prepared easily at home. I have given a set of spice powders in this masala cashew recipe, however you can skip or adjust the spices as per your taste. You can use just the chilli powder and salt. Or you can use black pepper powder, amchur powder and salt. Like this you can go creative each time.
