Onion tomato paratha or masala parota recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Masala parata is a very tasty breakfast or light dinner recipe. This masale paratha or chapati can be prepared in very less time. Eerulli tomato paratha is prepared using wheat flour, cumin seeds, onion, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and garam masala.
I have added curry leaves and coriander leaves in this recipe, but you can add any leaves of your choice. You can serve this chapathi any curry or stir fry of your choice. However you serve this paratha as it is, without any accompaniments. Or just serve it with curd. You can prepare it for breakfast or light dinner. You can also serve these to kids as evening snacks. This is a new breakfast recipe and is very healthy.
