Badam milk or badami halu recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Cold badam milk or almond milkshake is a healthy and tasty milk recipe. Badam milk is prepared using soaked badam, milk, cardamom, saffron and sugar. This can be highly nutritious and refreshing summer drink.
I have suagr in this recipe, which you can replace it with powdered jaggery. However add the powdered jaggery after switching off the stove. I have also used saffron (kesari) in this badam milk recipe, which is optional adn you can skip it.
