Ulundogare or ullandogare recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Ulundogare is a fried urad dal rice. Ullandogare or urad dal rice is very tasty and is highly nutritious. Ullandogare is prepared using rice, urad dal, black pepper, red chilli, coconut and a simple tempering.
Ulundogare is yet another no-onion and no-garlic recipe like puliyogare. Very minimum ingredients are used in this recipe and is very easy to prepare.
