Khichdi recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a very tasty and easy light dinner recipe. This khichdi can be prepared as a breakfast also. Khichdi is prepared using moong dal (hesarubele), rice, onion, tomato, ginger, ghee, green chilli and few other spices. This is a very tasty and healthy light dinner recipe and can be prepared in very less time. I have prepared this khichdi using rice, which can be replaced with rice or broken wheat.
