Beans bili huli or huralikayi sambar recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a unique and tasty beans or hurulikayi sambar is prepared using french beans and fresh ground masala. No roastig in this recipe. Fresh ground masala is prepared using grated coconut, green chilli, soaked gram dal, cumin and mustard seeds. Beans sambar goes very well with rice.

The Karnataka cuisine is so rich that there are so many varities of sambar recipes. Actually the sambar recipe varies from region to region, family to family and the type of vegetables used. This type of beans sambar is repared in the malnad region and it tastes very good.
