Hurulikalu dose or horse gram dosa recipe is explained using step by step pictures and a video. Hurulikalu or hurali kaalu dose is a very healthy, tasty and is a protein rich recipe. Huruli kaalu dosa is prepared using rice, horse gram, methi seeds and poha.. Horse gram dosa can be served with coconut chutney or sambar.

This is a fermented dosa recipe. I have not used urad dal here and if you wish you can addd 2 tbsp urad dal.
