Bellulli hasi khara mandakki or garlic churumuri (murmura) recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This bellulli mandakki or kadlepuri is very easy to prepare and is very tasty. Serve this garlic churumuri or murumura as an evening snacks or as a breakfast. This is very tasty recipe using puffed rice, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and oil. You can prepare this mandaki or churumuri in just 5 minutes
Fresh ground raw masala is used in this garlic bhel recipe. In general it will be spicy, however you can adjust the green chilli as per to your spice level. Also coconut oil is added, which enhances the taste of churumuri. But if you want you can replace it with any other vegetable oil or melted ghee. And you can replace garlic with cumin seeds, if you don't like garlic.
