New healthy and tasty breakfast recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is an instant breakfast recipe prepared using soaked rice and lot of vegetables. You need a nonstick kadai (or pan) or a well seasoned tawa. If the rice is soaked in advance, this recipe can be prepared in very less time. You can also soaked rice with good quality rice flour.
I have used mixed vegetables like onion, carrot, capsicum and tomato in this recipe. You can use any vegetable of your choice but make sure you chop it finely or grate it. Also you can use any leaves of your choice. I have added curry leaves and coriander leaves. You can serve this breakfast with chutney or tomato sauce or as it is without any accompanimments.
I have used a non-stick kadai in this recipe. You can use any other non-stick pan or a well seasoned pan. You can also use paddu (guliyappa) pan.
