Learn how to knead soft chapati dough in just 1 minute using step by step pictures and a video. By following this video you can knead the soft chapati or roti or pulka dough in just 1 minute and using just 2 tsp of oil. I have shown a small trick to make the kneading process faster.

There are many ways to prepare soft chapathi and soft chapati dough. And this is one way to make the chapathi soft. The speciality of this recipe is that it needs just 1 minute to knead the dough and it makes use of just 2 tsp of oil for 1 cup of wheat flour.

Chapati dough in 1 minute

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Serves: 8 no

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 2 tsp cooking oil
  4. Salt as per your taste

Instructions for making chapati dough in 1 minute:

  1. Measure and take wheat flour and water. Water should be half of wheat flour.wheat flour for chapati dough in 1 minute
  2. Take wheat flour, salt and 1 tsp oil in a wide pan or bowl.salt for chapati dough in 1 minute
  3. Pour all the water.milk for chapati dough in 1 minute
  4. Move your hand in a circular motion just like a blender by applying little pressure. Watch the video above to understand how I do it. By using this method you just need 30 seconds to knead the dough.water for chapati dough in 1 minute
