Halasinakayi palya or raw jackfruit fry recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Halasinakayi palya or tender jackfruit fry is prepared using raw jackfruit, coconut, red chili, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, salt, jaggery and tamarind. Halasinakai palya or gujje palya is very tasty and goes very well with rice or chapati.
