bakery style kesar milk peda recipe

Kesar milk peda or bakery style peda recipe explained with step by step pictures. This milk peda is prepared using milk, milk powder and little maida. I have added kesar also in this peda, which is optional. This milk peda or doodh peda turns exactly like store bought pedas and is very easy to prepare.

I have posted one more peda recipe using milk powder and condensed milk on this website. Actually my son loves pedas and I keep trying different recipes. The pedas prepared using condensed milk will be little chewy so I was not satisfied with the outcome. Then when I tried this recipe, with little maida, it just came out perfect. This recipe gives you milk pedas, which are just like the ones that we get in the bakeries or shops or hotels. I have prepared this peda many times and it comes out perfect and tastes great. No facny ingredients as well. So why are you waiting for..? Go ahead, prepare and enjoy.
